WINE STORY
S. Congress Chardonnay is an ode to our family’s time spent in Austin. Downtown Austin was one of our favorite places to eat, drink, and explore, and we spent countless days and nights doing just that along South Congress.

Chardonnay has been an exciting varietal for us to work with because of how beautifully it reflects where it’s grown. We chose the Santa Lucia Highlands for its cool coastal climate, producing a Chardonnay with vibrant freshness, layered texture, and bright, mineral-driven acidity.

TASTING NOTES
Bright citrus and crisp orchard fruit lead with subtle notes of lemon zest and green apple.
Neutral oak and malolactic fermentation add a delicate texture without overpowering the wine’s freshness.Clean, vibrant acidity carries through to a long, mineral-driven finish.
